This policy applies only to products purchased directly from keenmow.com. Products purchased from third-party platforms, retailers, distributors, or other sellers may be subject to their own return and refund policies. Please contact the original seller for more information.

Please note that return and refund terms may vary according to local laws and regulations.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request a full refund within 12 hours after placing an order on keenmow.com, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@keenmow.com with your order number as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In this case, you may request a return after receiving the product.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

  • The product must include all original accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging.

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, modification, or accidental damage.

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products marked as “final sale,” “clearance,” or “non-returnable” cannot be returned unless required by law.

For large products such as robotic lawn mowers, please keep the original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery. Original packaging helps ensure safe return shipping if needed.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@keenmow.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. If the product is damaged, defective, or not working properly, please include photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

  4. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and return instructions.

  5. Please include your order number inside the return package.

Please do not send the product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.

If the return is due to a product quality issue, a wrong item, or an error on our part, KEENMOW will cover the return shipping cost or provide a suitable solution.

If the return is due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For large or heavy items, return shipping fees may be higher than standard parcel shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt until your return has been completed.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, remote area surcharges, or other extra service fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a KEENMOW error or product quality issue.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product, please contact us at support@keenmow.com with your order number and exchange request.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is not available, we may offer a refund, repair, replacement part, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order carefully after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@keenmow.com as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label if applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include troubleshooting support, replacement parts, repair service, product replacement, or a refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products damaged by misuse, improper operation, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or modification

  • Products with missing accessories, parts, manuals, or original packaging

  • Final sale, clearance, or non-returnable items

  • Gift cards or digital products, if applicable

  • Items returned without prior approval
