5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or appears to be missing, please contact us at support@keenmow.com as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
If the carrier confirms that the package has been successfully delivered to the correct address, KEENMOW is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. However, we will still do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation.
